The Opportunity This is a growth-driven role where the incoming dentist will begin absorbing a steady stream of new patients. Success in this position requires the ability to: Diagnose confidently from day one Deliver consistently high-quality clinical outcomes Integrate into an established practice style and patient experience This is best suited for a dentist who is comfortable stepping into a refined, high-performing environment and contributing at a high level immediately. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on: Root canals (preferred) Implant placement and restoration Clear aligner / orthodontic treatment Deliver restorative work at a high clinical standard Build long-term relationships with a growing patient base Adapt to and uphold the practice’s established care model Who You Are DDS or DMD Experienced clinician (typically ~8–10+ years) Strong diagnostic skills and clinical confidence Excellent communicator with a natural ability to connect with patients Growth-minded and adaptable to an established, high-performing practice Support additional clinical support being added to ensure efficiency and workflow optimization What You Can Expect A patient base that values quality over volume Opportunity to perform advanced, rewarding procedures A stable, growth-oriented environment with long-term potential A role designed for an experienced dentist to step in and thrive #J-18808-Ljbffr
