About the Role:

As a CNA at The Grove at Carvalho, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Assisting with medication administration and vital sign monitoring

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents

• Documenting resident information and care plans

• Being an advocate for residents and their families

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by following established policies, procedures, and standards

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

• Participate in in-service education and training programs to stay current with industry best practices

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
