About the Role This role is focused on turning customer opportunities into results by following up on leads, building strong customer relationships, and presenting solutions that meet their needs. The Inside Sales Representative partners closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while achieving sales goals and representing the company with professionalism and exceptional service. Responsibilities Follow up on unsold leads and service opportunities to convert them into booked jobs. Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to recommend solutions and close sales. Present service options and explain pricing, scope of work, and available financing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan). Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and project managers to ensure smooth scheduling. Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times. Other job duties as assigned. Required Skills 1-2 years of inside sales, customer service, and call center experience preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written. Proficient with CRM or service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
