Vida Emotional Wellness, a fast growing group practice in the Inland Empire is hiring a  part-time LMFT or LCSW to join our mission-driven team of therapists who believe in cutting through the fluff and getting real with clients. The Role:
You’ll provide individual, couples, and family therapy to adults (18+) in both  in-person (Riverside office) and  virtual formats. We’re looking for a clinician who can work independently, brings solid clinical instincts, and documents like a pro (because progress notes matter).

What You’ll Need:

• Active LMFT or LCSW license in good standing with the BBS
• Based in  Southern California , preferably the  Inland Empire
• Strong clinical and ethical judgment
• Comfortable with hybrid care (in-person and telehealth)
• Willingness to wait 60–90 days for insurance credentialing
• Commitment to 10–20 hours/week as caseload builds
• Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal) strongly preferred
• Medi-Cal credentialed a plus
