3G Welder/Fitter Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Sunday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )
- The 3G Certified Welder is responsible for performing vertical groove welds on structural steel and metal components using approved welding procedures.
- This position requires reading blueprints, interpreting welding symbols, and producing high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
- The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, takes pride in their workmanship, and is committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
3G Welder/Fitter Qualifications:
- Current 3G Welding experience (AWS certification preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of structural welding experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a weld test before employment.
- Experience welding carbon steel and structural components.
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
- Knowledge of welding codes and fabrication techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to lift to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various weather conditions if working outdoors.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
