Job Summary:

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functionality. Deliver care in accordance with clinical guidelines and patient goals.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients physical conditions and determine appropriate therapy interventions.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to optimize outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention techniques.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure effective treatment delivery.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal license as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in evaluating and treating diverse patient populations.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent communication skills to guide patients and coordinate with team members.
  
  
• 
  Have previous experience working in a therapy or rehabilitation setting preferred.
