As a Branch Intern, you play a key role in the client experience at a Fidelity Investor Center. Working alongside expert financial professionals, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with a broad range of investment products and services, and gain valuable exposure to personal investing and financial planning. Throughout the internship, you will participate in significant work assignments built to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry while developing critical business, communication, and relationship-building skills. You will collaborate with team members to address business challenges, identify opportunities for process improvements, and bring fresh perspectives that help enhance both client and business outcomes. This role is ideal for students who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are interested in exploring a future career in financial planning or wealth management. June 7, 2027 to August 13th, 2027.

This position is based on-site at the Investor Center location. Through Fidelity's FIDTERN Program, interns will gain hands-on experience supporting business-critical initiatives while receiving ongoing coaching and mentorship from managers and branch professionals. In addition to daily tasks, interns will join professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities. Undergraduate students in your junior year of college Interest in investing and wealth management Experience in customer service, retail, sales or banking Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations Professional demeanor & collaborative problem-solving skills Basic understanding of the current market, economy and economic trends Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing outstanding customer experience The Team

The Branch Intern will join a collaborative, customer-focused team dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their long-term financial goals. The Investor Center team partners closely to deliver personalized guidance, exceptional service, and innovative financial solutions to clients at every stage of their financial journey. Interns are fully integrated into the team and encouraged to contribute ideas, ask questions, and take an active role in supporting branch initiatives. As part of Fidelity's broader intern community, you will have the opportunity to connect with fellow FIDTERNs and professionals across the organization through a variety of in-person and virtual experiences. The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
