DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and proactive Day Porter to join our team. Our family-owned staffing company focuses on connecting qualified candidates with organizations that value their contribution. As a Day Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities- Provide general cleaning and maintenance in designated areas.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Perform routine inspections of the site, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as necessary.
- Collaborate with facility management to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work varying hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
