Job Description

• Act as a trusted partner to senior HR leaders and executive stakeholders
• Manage complex executive calendars, priorities, meetings, and travel
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefings, and communications
• Track action items, deadlines, and deliverable to ensure accountability
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, and documentation
• Support executive visits, leadership meetings, and high-visibility projects
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events
• Plan and execute Town Halls, leadership meetings, and conferences
• Partner with HR teams on communications, on-boarding, and culture initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Facilities, and Operations
• Manage vendors, purchase orders, and office or event logistics
• Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business and employee information
