Customer Service Representative Current shifts available: Monday - Friday | 1:00 PM 9:30 PM | $20-$22 per hour Monday - Friday | 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM | $20-$22 per hour Monday - Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM | $20-$22 per hour Friday - Monday | 8:00 AM 6:30 PM | $22-$24 per hour About the Role: Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! You'll be the first voice our customers hearanswering calls, scheduling service appointments, and helping ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. What You'll Do: Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, availability, and location Help customers with questions about services, pricing, and appointments Communicate clearly with field technicians to ensure seamless service Troubleshoot minor customer issues and document all interactions Follow up after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and invoicing Resolve escalated customer concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset What You Bring: Prior customer service experience, especially in a fast-paced or service-driven industry Strong communication and multitasking skills A calm, confident approach to problem-solving Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office A positive attitude and eagerness to learn High school diploma or equivalent Bonus: familiarity with home services like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical Why You'll Love Working With Us: We live our values.
