NOW HIRING: ESTIMATOR / MARKETING COORDINATOR

Location: Haymarket, VA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $20-$26 per hour, based on skills and experience

About the Position


We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Estimator / Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Haymarket, VA. This position will work closely with the Business Operations Manager to support day-to-day business activities, assist with estimating and project-related tasks, and contribute to the company's marketing efforts.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to learn. Prior estimating experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Operations Manager with daily business and administrative activities
• Prepare and organize estimates, pricing information, and project documentation
• Perform basic mathematical calculations and review information for accuracy
• Assist with tracking project details, materials, labor, and costs
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members as needed
• Support marketing initiatives and company outreach efforts
• Help coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and project-related communications
• Maintain accurate records and organized files
• Review documents and estimates carefully to identify errors or missing information
• Learn company procedures, estimating practices, and industry-specific processes
