MODERNIZATION & NEW INSTALLATION SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB SUMMARY

Bid and secure modernization contracts and develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers so that modernization jobs are completed profitably, and the branch meets annual revenue goals. Project manage MOD and Construction projects through project life cycle. This position exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Work in coordination with building managers and/or owners and other related contacts in the pre-bidding of modernization jobs, including building strong customer relationships and maintaining market awareness of projects and competitors. Work in coordination with general contractors or developers in bidding on construction projects and establishing basis of design with architects. Create quoting and bidding packages by obtaining blueprints of proposed modernization and construction projects, including reviewing specs and labor with operations department for completeness and accuracy and ensuring that jobs will be profitable for the branch. Present bids to customers and explains cost factors, emphasizing characteristics such as construction, performance, durability, and appearance of equipment. Conduct customer follow-up on all proposals. Ensure MOD and Construction quoting volume is met on a monthly basis. Coordinate submittal packages through the approval process and create change orders as requested. Visit project sites when necessary and work with operations department to ensure customer’s needs and deadlines are being met. Project manage all MOD and Construction projects from the time of sale through project completion. Responsible for maintaining or exceeding financial expectations for each project. Perform all project billing and collection functions. Work closely with superintendent and field teams to support project execution and field labor performance. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s in related Experience: Minimum 3 years in related Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report. Local Travel Expectations: 10%

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECTATIONS

Job duties are performed mainly within an established office environment under normal lighting and climate-controlled tolerances. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. The work environments are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

PAY TRANSPARENCY INFORMATION

The 2025 base pay scale for this position and career level is bolded below:

$78,862 TO $111,446

This base pay range represents the anticipated low and high range of wages for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. This role is also eligible for commissions subject to the terms of the IC agreement. In addition to base pay, full-time employees are eligible for insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability) and a 401(k) plan, all subject to the terms and conditions of those plans, which may change from time to time. Employees are also eligible for certain paid-time off benefits pursuant to our policies (which may change from time to time) and applicable laws.
