How you'll make an impact in this role

• Provide parking, valet, and directional assistance to visitors, including operating transport vehicles as needed.
• Maintain vehicular and pedestrian traffic control in and around parking areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Enforce compliance with state regulations and facility safety procedures; assist with special event parking coordination.
• Deliver service excellence by collecting fees, managing garage exits, and responding promptly to visitor inquiries.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Drivers License credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (IL-DMV) obtained prior
  to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,
    if applicable.
