We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional with at least 1 year of insurance experience and an active Personal Lines license. Work with top carriers, enjoy strong marketing support, and grow your career with great bonus opportunities. Spanish skills preferred.

Mon-Fri Schedule
Responsibilities- Handle multiple incoming calls efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various online insurance platforms with proficiency.
- Accurately document and update customer interactions and policy information in a timely manner.
- Manage and service existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist new leads and prospective clients in obtaining insurance policies tailored to their needs.
- - Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.
- - Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- - Great at Multitasking and organizational skills
- - Must be available for full-time work, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- - Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- - A Property and Liability (PL) license is required.
