This role is focused on shaping the next generation of AI-powered product experiences across a multi-product ecosystem used for content, collaboration, and knowledge work. You will define how intelligent systems help users activate, understand, and act on their content in ways that feel seamless, trustworthy, and effortless. The work spans strategy, systems thinking, and hands-on design execution, with a strong emphasis on clarity and craft at scale. You will help design experiences where AI acts as a supportive partner, reducing friction while preserving user control and judgment. The environment is highly collaborative and cross-functional, involving close partnership with product, engineering, research, and design leadership. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence how AI is integrated into core product experiences. It is ideal for a design leader who thrives in ambiguous, fast-evolving problem spaces and wants to shape the future of intelligent product design.

Accountabilities

• Define and lead the design vision across a multi-product ecosystem focused on content activation, collaboration, and knowledge work
• Design AI-driven experiences that enhance user productivity while preserving control, judgment, and trust in outcomes
• Lead ambiguous, high-impact product areas from early strategic framing through execution and delivery at scale
• Establish and maintain a high bar for design craft across interaction design, systems thinking, information architecture, and visual quality
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, and Design leadership to align strategy and drive execution across initiatives
• Mentor and elevate design talent while helping teams adopt AI-enabled workflows for ideation, prototyping, and product development

Requirements

• 12+ years of product design experience leading complex, high-impact initiatives from concept to launch at scale
• Strong portfolio demonstrating principal-level craft, systems thinking, product judgment, and end-to-end experience design
• Proven ability to translate complex, emerging technologies into simple, intuitive, and high-trust user experiences
• Experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Strong executional range across strategy, interaction design, prototyping, content design, and production-quality delivery
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and workflows into elegant, usable, and coherent product experiences
• Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring designers and raising design standards across teams
• Experience designing across multi-product ecosystems or platform-level experiences is highly valued
• Strong perspective on AI-enabled design practices and how AI can augment human judgment and creativity
