Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Multiple full-time positions are currently open, with the possibility of additional needs arising throughout the year.

Candidates will work within an engaging educational setting, supporting students through both direct, in-person interventions and, if needed, teletherapy services. Collaboration with educators, parents, and support staff is key to fostering academic and functional growth for a diverse student population.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• School-based occupational therapy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of fine and gross motor skill development
• Comfort with both traditional and teletherapy service delivery
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention strategies
• Address fine and gross motor skill challenges to support classroom participation
• Deliver therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
• Complete accurate evaluations, documentation, and IEP participation
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support student achievement
