Pay: $59K–$88K

About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across operations while partnering with purchasing, planning, and manufacturing to improve efficiency and minimize variances.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, stock items, and finished goods
- Monitor and enforce processes for all inventory transactions
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Support cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and audits
- Analyze slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions
- Minimize inventory loss through best supply chain practices
- Recommend improvements to inventory lifecycle and processes
- Review inventory levels to reduce excess or obsolete stock
- Assist with updates and changes to work orders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, planning, and production
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of inventory control, planning, or manufacturing experience
- ERP experience (JDE preferred)
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to analyze data and resolve issues quickly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
