HiFyve is hiring a Production Supervisor in the Manufacturing industry in Osceola, IA! Salary: $59,000$88,000/year + Up to 12% Bonus. Shift: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 6:30 AM3:00 PM. Location: Osceola, IA. Benefits: Full benefits package.

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading hourly production employees, driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring production schedules and operational goals are achieved.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, train, and develop hourly production employees

Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and workforce development

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through training, investigations, and corrective actions

Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve operational goals

Plan production schedules, assign work, and coordinate labor resources to meet production requirements

Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and employee performance metrics

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and operational efficiencies

Lead housekeeping and 5S programs throughout the production area

Develop and monitor KPIs, visual management systems, and departmental performance measures

Coordinate daily with Planning to maintain inventory levels, production schedules, and customer delivery requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other supervisors to support production objectives

Participate in financial performance initiatives and operational cost management efforts

Apply lessons learned and best practices to improve future operations

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Management, or a related field preferred

3+ years of manufacturing leadership or production supervision experience

Experience leading, coaching, and developing production employees

Knowledge of safety programs, employee relations, and performance management

Experience with continuous improvement, 5S, and KPI-driven manufacturing environments

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and production documentation

Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and manufacturing operations preferred

Experience with JDE, project management software, CRM systems, or scheduling software is a plus
