NOW HIRING: PRODUCTION OPERATORS

Location: Arlington, TX
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Monday–Friday

Smith Personnel is looking for dependable and hardworking Production Operators to join our manufacturing team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor production equipment used in the manufacturing of chemical and polymer-based products.
• Follow production procedures, batch instructions, and established safety requirements.
• Measure, weigh, and handle raw materials according to production specifications.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure products meet quality and production standards.
• Load and transfer materials safely using appropriate equipment and procedures.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report equipment or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate important information during shift changes.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products and materials for storage or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Follow company safety policies and proper procedures for handling chemical materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift certification and OSHA 10 preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety

• ENGLISH/SPANISH preferred
