Superintendent - Multifamily ConstructionLocation: Fort Walton Beach, FL - The Heights at Fort Walton Beach, 266 unitsBuild More Than Apartments. Lead the Work That Keeps Projects Moving.Stoa Group is hiring a Superintendent to help lead the field execution for The Heights at Fort Walton Beach, a 266-unit, ground-up multifamily community in Fort Walton Beach, FL.As Superintendent, you'll own the successful execution of the project's core building phases, coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), inspections, subcontractors, and field operations from open wall through insulation. Working alongside the Lead Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Manager, you'll help keep the project moving safely, on schedule, and to Stoa's quality standards.Our projects are large-scale, wood-frame multifamily communities developed, built, and operated by Stoa Group.
