continually improve existing applications and adopt new technologies where appropriate.Clearly justify technical decisions made in delivered code and take ownership of outcomes.Participate in performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability improvements, and automation; support, maintain, and document software functionality.Maintain coding, compliance, and security standards.Provide maintenance and ongoing support for current and future technical solutions.Qualifications:6+ years of experience developing and delivering large-scale distributed systems6+ years of experience with .NET Framework,.NET Standard, or.NET Core3+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Experience building reusable Angular components, managing front-end state, and integrating with RESTful APIsPrior experience leading or managing a small engineering team, including mentoring and delegating to experienced developersStrong cross-functional skills, working primarily with Product and IT teams to align on priorities, requirements, and deliveryExperience coordinating and scheduling deployments and releases with IT and operations teams, managing risk and communicating clearly across stakeholdersA strong due-diligence mindset, rigorously vetting every change for quality, performance, and security before it reaches productionDemonstrated experience maintaining and enhancing an established, production SaaS platform, not only greenfield developmentSolid understanding of application security, and ideally familiarity with e-signature, document integrity, audit-trail, or compliance concepts (e.g., ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS)Understanding of the DRY, SOLID, and KISS principles of software developmentPrior experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and non-relational database technologiesHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS and/or PaaS), including deploying, operating, and monitoring cloud workloadsStrong skills in auditing application logs, telemetry, dependency calls, and storage growth patterns to surface opportunities to improve product stability, performance, and reliabilityBackground in high-growth Agile SaaS-based engineering organizationsExperience using AI-assisted development tools and competency in prompt and context engineeringExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to clearly explain and justify ideas when faced with competing alternativesAbility to communicate and apply common design patterns across a wide range of technical problems$157,000 - $170,000 a year
