Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Home Inspector with experience in construction, skilled trades, remodeling, maintenance, or residential systems. A currently licensed home inspector is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong field experience and the right personality and work ethic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working independently, helping people, and learning continuously. Preferred Background Licensed home inspector preferred Experience in one or more of the following: Residential construction Roofing Electrical HVAC Remodeling General contracting Strong understanding of residential building systems Experience interacting with customers professionally Responsibilities Perform residential home inspections according to company standards Identify and document defects, safety concerns, and maintenance issues Take clear inspection photos and notes Communicate findings professionally with clients and agents Complete inspection reports accurately and on time Follow company safety procedures and inspection protocols Qualifications Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and stay organized Comfortable using ladders, being in crawlspaces, on roofs, and in attics Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift and carry inspection equipment Competitive pay based on experience and licensing Paid training and ride-along program Company-provided tools and equipment Uniforms and branded apparel provided Flexible growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment What We’re Really Looking For Integrity Reliability Professionalism Coachability Strong communication Desire to help people #J-18808-Ljbffr
