GRILL COOK (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

GRILL COOK Location: Cleveland Browns – 76 Groza Boulevard, Berea, OH 44017. Online applications only. Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Days and hours may vary; availability to work weekends and holidays is required. Further details upon interview. Requirement: Previous cooking experience required. Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Takes orders from customers and prepares short‑prep items. Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations. Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner while following established steps of service. Ensures food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty; tastes all prepared items. Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control. Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards. Resolves customer concerns and reports information to supervisor. Attends in‑service and safety meetings. Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers. Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Performs other duties as assigned.
