Senior Growth Marketer

Role Description
You will own growth and product marketing end-to-end, with a primary focus on Unlearn.dev. This includes:
- Driving acquisition, activation, and revenue
- Shaping product positioning, launches, and pricing
- Executing across email, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
- Continuously improving performance across the entire funnel
Today, the majority of our revenue comes from B2C, and you will be responsible for scaling this further. At the same time, we are beginning to invest in B2B growth, and this role will play a key part in exploring, shaping, and building that motion from the ground up.
You will work directly with the leadership team and our CEO, playing a key role in shaping strategy and making high-impact decisions. This is not a support function; you will be THE marketer of the team, leading and executing 360. You will have the autonomy to:
- Test ideas
- Challenge assumptions
- Introduce new approaches to unlock growth
This is a high ownership, builder role. You will run the marketing function with a high degree of independence while collaborating closely with a small team for dev, design, and tech support. You will be responsible for:
- Turning strategy into execution
- Ensuring measurable outcomes at every stage
You are highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI as a force multiplier across your workflow, from research and ideation to execution and optimization. You know how to leverage the right tools to:
- Move faster
- Generate sharper insights
- Continuously improve performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in growth/product marketing (SaaS/tech/ed-tech)
- Master level email + lifecycle marketing experience
- Proven ownership of revenue or growth
- Experience with product launches
- Solid analytics skills (attribution, CRO, product analytics)
- Talent for high-converting copy across email and webpages
- Excellent async communication (Slack, Notion, Loom)
