Account Manager - Bilingual in Korean

Salary: $5355/ month
Job Description
- Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement, accounting, and legal.
- Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contract.
- Draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.
- Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra company contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, and tracking and renewal.
- Monitor and update the quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via the Samsung Cloud Platform.
- Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on internal platforms such as RMS and BQMS.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a minimum of 4 years of experience in related field/s desired.
Skills:
- Technical: Proficient in ICT systems, cloud platforms, and digital collaboration tools
- Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Languages: Fluent in English, Korean
- Core Strengths: Cross-cultural communication, client relationship management, legal documentation, attention to detail, time management, and strategic problem-solving
