Benefits Specialist - Healthcare Access & Growth
Community Bridges
Community Bridges, Inc. seeks a Benefits Specialist to serve as the first point of contact during OSC hours. You will collect insurance and co-pay information, verify eligibility, and route calls to the appropriate staff to ensure timely assistance. You will document the patient’s referral and demographic information in the electronic health record (EHR) and coordinate with the Billing Department to communicate co-payment details and keep records accurate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Bridges
