Your Role on the Team:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll:

Lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding service and quality.
Manage shift operations, including customer relations, driver dispatch, product quality, inventory control, and profitability.
Gain leadership skills and valuable experience to advance your career.
Build a culture of dignity, respect, and fun—it’s how we roll at Papa Johns Las Vegas.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Experience: Previous restaurant shift lead experience required.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certification: Serv-Safe or Local/State Food Service Certification preferred.
Passion: A love for quality, a mind for business, and a heart for treating others well.
