District Shift Leader

Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels Location 6485 N 5th St, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89084 Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated General Manager. The General Manager role is developed through a District Shift Leader program, where leadership skills are honed within a home location, then broadened across a market. Responsibilities Perform management duties at a home location, supporting other bakeries as needed. Travel to additional markets to gain independence and mentor other leaders. Lead store operations from early opening at 3 a.m., ensuring quality food, beverage and a safe environment. Coach and train team members, maintaining high standards. Participate in a GM development plan covering inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, P&L analysis, food‑cost and labor targets, scheduling, recruiting, and other GM duties. Progress to ownership of a bakery as a General Manager when a position becomes available. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (preferred). Availability to work varied hours, including starting as early as 3 a.m., nights, weekends. Valid driver’s license and pass background check. Completion of Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of GM development plan, unless already certified. At least 18 years old. Tip eligibility subject to state regulations. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
