Bilingual Property Manager (Full-Time) English/Spanish speaking

Customer Service Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering WOW! or 5 Star service. Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport. Meet monthly sales goals and metrics. Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers. Work independently or on a team renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments using the Point-of-Sale System (POS), completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments. Manage invoice review and approval responsibilities within the database. Process invoices, manage reports, and handle legal processes of auctions. Oversee the store’s expense budget while maintaining store supplies and retail inventory. Property Maintenance Daily walks of the property, cleaning units and the property, opening, and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.) Maintain the facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and other light activities. Keep a clean and safe storage facility to ensure condition meets company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors). Qualifications A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people. Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market. Bilingual speaking in both English and Spanish. Basic computer skills. Requirements Must have the ability to work Saturdays. Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation during the workday. Required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder frequently. *Some locations may require Sunday hours.
