Assistant Manager Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team at Fuddruckers Burger. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong desire to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
• Managing and training staff to provide excellent customer service
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory and supply levels
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Participating in marketing and promotional activities
• Meeting sales and profit targets
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and train staff
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Passion for the food industry and a desire to learn and grow
