Assistant Maintenance Manager

The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st shift for Assistant Maintenance Manager in the Georgetown, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a direct hire placement with a company that provides allowances for various safety equipment, hiring bonuses, a skilled based pay system with raises based on how fast you successfully pass evaluations.

Compensation / Shift/ Benefits of Assistant Maintenance Manager

$75,000-$85,000
1 st Shift, Monday-Friday
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision , 401(k), PTO

Responsibilities of Assistant Maintenance Manager

Oversee and participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of team members.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Oversee day-to-day production maintenance operations and maintenance of all facilities, buildings, and equipment.
Influences, develops, and controls budget, costs, maintenance, janitorial and vendors by planning, scheduling, implementing processes and drafting procedures. Request, review, and submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendor.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements of Assistant Maintenance Manager

Strong working knowledge of building systems in a manufacturing facility.
Basic understanding of blueprints, schematics, control diagrams, materials, furniture, signage, and finishes.
Ability to keep an "on-call" schedule with occasional work required after designated working hours, holidays and weekends.
AA degree required.
3-5 years leadership skills
