As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed TWIC in Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide professional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and TSA‑issued TWIC. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $14.75 / Hour Driver's License & TWIC Required Job Schedule: Mon: 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM Tue: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Wed: 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a chemical and petrochemical facility. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and promptly notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access control points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site‑specific requirements. Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate relevant observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Possess a TSA‑issued TWIC. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
