Roles and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science and 3 - 5 years of experience in a Facets systems analyst role or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field/role

Possess strong problem solving, analysis and diagnostic skills

Proficient working in collaborative, cross functional work teams comprised of business and technology participants and internal and external vendor partner resources

Experience using software development life-cycle methodology like (such as Agile, RUP, waterfall)

Proven ability to manage complex technology projects

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of personnel including, but not limited to peers and Senior Management.

3-5 Years of experience in FACETs systems Membership module is mandatory

Health plan operations experience in one or more areas: enrollment and billing, network management, medical policy and utilization management desired

Experience with complex workflows or business processes

Proficient in MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio)

Knowledge of SQL, ETL scripts, Java, .Net is preferred

Self-directed and adaptive to changing priorities
