Business Analyst – AI Product & Program Lead (Voice AI)

## Location: South SFO, CA (3 days onsite/week)

## About the Initiative

Client is building a Voice AI platform that enables users to conversationally access insights related to their healthcare journey, including historical doctor interactions, CRM engagement data, and other enterprise data sources.

The solution integrates Veeva CRM, enterprise data platforms, and AI-powered conversational experiences through a combination of vendor-delivered capabilities and internally developed data pipelines.

We are seeking a Business Analyst who can drive the initiative across business, product, and delivery workstreams while effectively coordinating between stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

## Role Overview

We are looking for a polished Business Analyst with strong product, program management, and stakeholder management capabilities, along with enough technical understanding to work effectively with engineering, data, and AI teams.

This individual will help define user needs, document requirements, manage delivery activities, and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

## Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand user pain points, workflows, and business needs

• Translate requirements into:

* Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

* User stories and epics

* Process flows and journey maps

• Partner with business, data, engineering, and vendor teams to define and prioritize Voice AI use cases

• Coordinate delivery activities across internal teams and external vendors

• Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items

• Support discussions related to:

* Veeva CRM integrations

* Enterprise data pipelines

* Data lake architecture

* APIs and AI/LLM workflows

• Create executive-ready presentations, status updates, and steering materials

• Communicate technical concepts in a clear business-friendly manner

## Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, or program management

• Experience supporting enterprise technology or AI-driven initiatives

• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and data flows

• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and process documentation

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams

## Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm is preferred

• Experience with GenAI, Conversational AI, or Voice AI initiatives

• Familiarity with Veeva CRM and healthcare/pharma commercial ecosystems

• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and cloud-based architectures

• Experience managing third-party technology vendors
