Senior Salesforce Developer

Senior Salesforce DeveloperWe are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 10 to 15+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and enterprise-level application architecture.• Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments• Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git-based version control systems• Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado• Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools• Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths• Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments• Exposure to multi-org strategies or org consolidation initiatives• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skillsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
