Pay: $32.50/hour
Shifts:
- Sun-Wed, 6 am-4:30 pm OR 6 pm-4:30 am
- Wed-Sat, 6 am-4:30 pm OR 6 pm-4:30 am

We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a brand-new, highly automated production and distribution facility. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with advanced systems including conveyors, robotics, and industrial automation in a cutting-edge environment.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Hands-on experience with:
- Automated conveyor systems
- Industrial automation and/or robotics
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment
- Install, calibrate, and optimize high-speed production and conveyor systems
- Support a 24/7 high-volume operation
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Strong experience in preventive maintenance programs
- Knowledge of industrial controls, automation, and safety standards
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $32.50/hour
