The Associate will play an important role in the firm's Private Credit activities, working closely with investment professionals and other members of the BD/IR team, as well as colleagues across sales, operations, business intelligence, and other functions, to support fundraising, investor relations, and product-related initiatives.What You’ll Do Quickly and accurately respond to requests from external constituents including clients, consultants, placement agents, and prospective clients requiring data-related information and written material on the firm and its investment products with a focus on private credit capabilitiesDevelop and refine client-ready PowerPoint presentations, including both building materials from scratch and enhancing existing content with clear, high-quality visualsUpdate and maintain repository of charts, data, graphics, and written responses to be used for various marketing needsUpdate quarterly marketing materials and investor presentationsPrepare custom presentations for client update meetings, annual general meeting, advisory committee meetings, etc.Ensure the firm’s data room for prospective investors is populated and remains up to dateComplete RFPs and RFIs for clients and prospects, using existing materials, synthesizing knowledge of the firm, its strategies, and competitive positioning with information about private markets trends to create a compelling submissionWork within CRM system to maintain and improve client data and information.Track client deliverables and other projects through workflow monitoring systemUpdate online consultant and third-party databases and Apogem data room for prospective investors with firm and investment informationProvide support for various special projectsUse AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality in presentation development, data analysis, and written responsesWork effectively with other teams including sales team, investment team, business intelligence and data team, operations, compliance, and legal What You’ll Bring Four-year college degree in related fieldOne to four years’ experience preferably within the investment industryRobust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and proactively manage time and workload efficientlyStrong work ethic and attention to detailComfort using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance output qualityAdvanced PowerPoint skills, including the ability to build polished, client-ready presentations and visuals from scratch; proficiency in Word and ExcelPreferred Skills Solid understanding of investment management and private marketsUnderstanding of private credit and direct lending, including key structures, participants, and market trendsStrong marketing intelligence ​Pay TransparencySalary range: $90,000-$120,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Sales bonus eligible: No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
