• Assist with collecting specimens and preparing samples for analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, help train new personnel or students, and maintain lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment.
