Service Manager

The Service Manager plays a vital role in providing an exceptional member experience. Duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling and answering phones while maintaining a welcoming environment. This role ensures all spaces consistently reflect our high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service excellence. The Service Manager is responsible for the overall presentation and upkeep of CIHP including locker rooms, refreshment station, treatment rooms, and reception area. This includes maintaining fully stocked, orderly, and visually appealing spaces that support a seamless and elevated member experience. In addition to maintaining the physical environment, this role contributes to a warm and service-oriented atmosphere by greeting members and guests, assisting with questions, and supporting the overall flow This position is essential to upholding our commitment to a thoughtfully curated wellness environment. Responsibilities: Welcome members and clients with a positive and professional attitude Check in clients and assist with scheduling or appointment coordination Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries Prepare and serve protein shakes and beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Organize and store client belongings and personal items Assist trainers and staff with daily operational needs Handle basic administrative tasks and payments as needed Ensure clients have an outstanding experience from arrival to departure Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Comfortable working in a health, fitness, and wellness setting Previous experience in front desk, hospitality, retail, or a gym is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
