Resumen del puesto:
Buscamos un cocinero/a para unirse al equipo de nuestro concurrido restaurante. En este puesto, serás responsable de preparar deliciosos platillos para nuestros clientes utilizando ingredientes de alta calidad. El/La candidato/a ideal tiene experiencia, es creativo/a y está comprometido/a con brindar una experiencia excepcional a nuestros comensales. Si te apasiona crear platillos que sorprendan a todos, ¡queremos conocerte!

Deberes y responsabilidades:

Crea menús según la temporada y la investigación de mercado.
Equipa la cocina con las herramientas y el equipo necesarios.
Prepara la comida y preséntala de forma atractiva.
Supervisar y delegar tareas a otros miembros del equipo.
Mantenga niveles de inventario adecuados y reponga cuando sea necesario.
Cumpla con todas las normas de seguridad alimentaria.
Participar en los procedimientos diarios de apertura y cierre de la cocina.
Realiza otras tareas que le asigne el jefe de cocina o la gerencia.

Requisitos:

Se valorará la experiencia previa en un puesto similar.
Certificación ServeSafe o de manipulador de alimentos
Conocimientos avanzados de técnicas culinarias y recetas.
Capacidad para mantener la calma y desenvolverse bien bajo presión.
Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo
Capacidad para cumplir con las exigencias físicas del puesto, incluyendo permanecer de pie durante largos períodos y levantar hasta 40 libras.
