Job Description

Buckley's Great Steak of the Michael Timothy's Dining Group is actively seeking a motivated full-time Line Cook to prepare and cook food in our Merrimack, NH location. Are you ready to work? Experienced line cooks can earn up to $21-$25 / hour . We provide great benefits and perks , including benefits that start for any employees with schedules from 20 hours per week and up. ABOUT MICHAEL TIMOTHY'S DINING GROUP

We are a dining group that manages full-service restaurants throughout the state of New Hampshire and Woburn Massachusetts , including restaurants like Buckley's Great Steaks, Surf Seafood, Lost Cowboy Brewing Co. The Rosa, Buckley's Burgers and Steaks, and Buckley's Bakery & Cafe. We are known for high-quality food products and customer service in each of our locations. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINE COOK

As our Line Cook, you are key to providing high-quality food to guests. Following recipes with care, you clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with our procedures and health regulations. You keep stations clean and stocked as well as work with servers and other kitchen staff members to complete orders. With attention to detail, you ensure that food is plated well and finished in a timely manner. You enjoy creating the exceptional dishes our guests will love!

QUALIFICATIONS OF A LINE COOK

Experience working in a commercial kitchen
Able to work nights and weekends
