Available Shift(s): Full-time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6AM -2PM and Saturday 7AM -2PM Part-time: Monday, Thursday 3PM -7:30PM & every other weekend 1PM -7:30PM Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options Position Status: Non-Exempt About the Role We're looking for a Dietary Aide to help make mealtimes safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for our residents. You'll support meal service, dining-room operations, food preparation, sanitation, and the safe handling of food and equipment. This is a hands‑on role where dependable service and positive resident interactions can make a meaningful difference in someone's day. What You'll Do Assist with resident meal and snack service. Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas. Check trays for accuracy before delivery. Help ensure meals are served on time and at appropriate temperatures. Deliver and remove trays and food carts. Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food-service equipment. Clean work areas, floors, refrigerators, freezers, and food-storage areas. Maintain clean, organized, and hazard‑free work areas. Assist with receiving, storing, and maintaining food and supplies. Follow sanitation, infection‑control, emergency, and safety procedures. What We're Looking For Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Positive, dependable approach to working with residents and coworkers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Food-service or healthcare experience preferred.
