Responsibilities Provide front-line administrative support, including answering phones, responding to general inquiries, document preparation, mail distribution, and supply coordination Assist with routine communications (e.g., emails, newsletters, templates) and route complex inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, including calendar management and logistical arrangements Perform data entry, data cleaning, and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets Assist with document processing, internet research, and other clerical tasks as needed Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and shared spaces (e.g., room scheduling, RSVPs) Provide on-site support for meeting and events, including those related to recruitment, community engagement, and professional networking This job description is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.
