Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is hiring a Case Manager - Domestic Violence to conduct comprehensive client assessments, develop and coordinate individualized service plans, provide advocacy and resource support, and maintain accurate documentation. You will collaborate with care teams, participate in ongoing learning, and strive for improved client outcomes.
