Service Coordinator

Coordinator Position

The coordinator is responsible for assisting store locations, builders, contractors, and homeowners with service and customer service activities. This is a full-time position with benefits after 60 days of employment, pay rate $17.00 an hour, Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing product needed to fulfill job requirements
• Inbound and outbound phone calls to respond to needs quickly and efficiently
• Validate material needs with store locations and order if needed
• Schedule and communication with parties on ETA's
• Communications with homeowners to validate information and respond to concerns
• Continuous updating of in-house software of current standings of events
• Vendor communications on service requests and debits
• Complete resolution on issues and concerns and communications to all parties of such

Qualifications

• Computer skills: POS system, inventory system, word processing software, spreadsheet, vendor portals, and internet software
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Analyze information of critical factors that will affect the resolution
• Evaluate options correctly and establish priorities
• Communication skills in phone etiquette and formal one-on-one interactions
• Problem solver, sense of urgency, ability to meet critical deadlines
• Team player, positive attitude, adaptability
• Consistency
• Blueprint reading experience
• Interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction in mathematical or diagram for and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
