Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Main Office 
Compensation: $12.00 per hour / Monday-Friday
Schedule: Full-time | Immediate Start Preferred

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, bilingual Receptionist to join our main office team. This position will take over current front desk responsibilities as we undergo internal transitions. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming, professional environment while providing critical clerical and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability and the potential to grow into a direct hire role as our company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism, courtesy, and composure.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls , screening and directing as needed.
• Handle customer service inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Manage daily clerical tasks including emailing, scheduling, making phone calls, and keeping accurate records of interactions.
• Support office operations with filing, data entry, and Microsoft Suite tasks (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and handle situations with discretion.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support office operations and company growth.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and represents the company professionally.

Qualifications

 

Good attendance is a must have for this role !

• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role.
• Strong customer service background (in person and over the phone).
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and the ability to remain composed in a busy environment.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a long-term role.

• Starting pay: $12.00 per hour.
