This is a dynamic role where you’ll be hands-on with meaningful work that makes a real impact. What You’ll Do: Conduct legal, medical, and social research to support case strategy Manage cases from inception through trial preparation Review and summarize discovery materials Identify medical providers and manage the collection and organization of records Analyze and summarize medical and other relevant documents Draft initial discovery responses for attorney review Assist attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom readiness What You’ll Bring: A degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experience in Clio Manage is a plus Experience with legal research platforms like WestlawNext and/or LexisNexis Advance Tech-savvy mindset - familiarity with AI tools in legal work is a plus!
