Position Description: Reimagine Education, LLC is seeking an innovative Enrollment Specialist who will play a critical role in the Student Support department. This position has primary responsibility for providing the highest level of customer service and support through effective and efficient communications and enrollment processing. These include, but are not limited to, all state and school policies and procedures about Student Services. This person will value accuracy and confidentiality and will have the ability to work well under pressure while handling multiple tasks. The successful candidate will display a keen attention to detail, possess a variety of complex computer skills, critical thinking skills, and a keen sense of having strong organizational skills for a complex and ever-changing environment. Able to develop strong, trusting, and nurturing conversations with the students and parents/guardians of MIPS. This position will report directly to the Enrollment Coordinator. Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent, minimum high school diploma Three (3) years of related experience Experience in a school setting (preferred) Must develop genuine and positive relationships with students/families/staff Ability to maximize technology for effective communication with students, staff, and parents Ability to handle multiple tasks at once in an effective manner Works well with a team Very strong customer service skills and a strong communicator Maintain a positive “can-do” attitude Face challenges with a focus on creating a better educational model for our students Be a self-starter and an independent thinker Technological skills, computer knowledge, and ability to rapidly adapt to new technology (Chrome, Google, etc.). Essential Duties Use consultative approach to educate and support families interested in our online program Strive to reach registration goals and contribute to the growth of the business Ability to actively handle objections and counsel concerns using consultative approach Strong sales approach to handle Inbound and Outbound calls professionally, accurately, consistently, and efficiently Handle Inbound and Outbound calls in a phone queue setting, assisting families with program inquiries and registration Handle chat inquiries from prospective families Use sales approach to register families using our education management system Use a consultative approach to build rapport Understand different state enrollment requirements to determine student eligibility Maintain high level knowledge of all program processes and qualifications Create and maintain accurate prospect and customer records in CRM’s and Enrollment Portals Maintain accuracy of student records/data in accordance with all regulatory requirements. Participate in ongoing training Refer lead family to enrollment team for support with enrollment process and next steps Other duties as assigned Sit at front desk and help student and families check in Assist Facilities team with building needs (set up for PD, accept deliveries from orders, etc) Carry out other duties and obligations that are determined to facilitate the school’s mission, goals, standards, and Education Program Required to: Minimum one year sales-related outbound call experience Employee must honor written Board Policies and Administrative Regulations Employee must be able to stand for a minimum of 30 minutes at a time Employee must be able to lift 25 lbs Employee must be able to move throughout the Learning Lab Employee must be able to work from a designated Learning Lab as scheduled Employee must be able to sit in a chair for long intervals Will work from the Davison location Mon-Thurs year around Required Documents All applicants are required to submit a completed application, cover letter, and resume.
