Schedule Information

• Night Shift
• 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Current RN license required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience required
• Rehabilitation nursing experience required
• Strong patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical documentation skills
• Experience with mobility aids, patient lifts, transfer devices, IV pumps, medication administration systems, and EHR platforms
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and quality patient care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation nursing care to patients according to physician orders and facility care plans
• Complete patient assessments and monitor patient progress throughout the shift
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately and safely
• Reinforce care plans, mobility goals, and rehabilitation progress
• Assist with patient repositioning, transfers, and mobility support as needed
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record
• Support patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards throughout the shift
