Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and professionally, whether in person, by phone, or via email.

Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims with clarity and patience.

Assist clients in completing applications and necessary insurance forms.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.

Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes and client materials.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our agency management system.

Foster strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and addressing their needs proactively.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous customer service or sales experience, ideally within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.

A genuine desire to help others and build positive relationships.
